We use the data you supply us with in order to process orders at your request, and we only collect data that is necessary to do this. Any information held by us will not be shared with any other company or individual without obtaining prior consent from yourself. We do not hold any financial details about yourselves as online payments are processed by Paypal's secure site.
Ordering and Shipping
Ordering of goods is done through the online shop with payment processed through Paypal. Goods will normally be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. There may be occasions when this is not possible due to prior holiday/family commitments.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail. To keep costs down, these are sent by 2nd class signed delivery within the UK. For overseas customers parcels are sent by International Standard tracked delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order with a weight limit of 2 Kg per order for overseas customers. In the event that packaging increases the postal charge the extra cost will be born by us.
Please note, if you are unable to find your country of destination from the drop down list when placing your order, then we are sorry, but we can not accept your order.
All goods are sold on a first come first served basis.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not we will refund your money less the postage/delivery charge, if you return the goods undamaged within 10 days of receiving the goods.
