One side of this specimen has a coating of Bayldonite and tabular tan Wulfenite crystals to 0.5mm with clear, pale greenish yellow to pale blue microcrystalline Plumbogummite, tabular Wulfenite, Pyromorphite on the reverse side and traces of pale green acicular Agardite(Y).  An interesting varied location piece that's best appreciate under magnification.
