Please be aware that while we have attempted to produce photographs that fairly present the specimen, capturing the colours of minerals under artificial lighting can be challenging.  There has been no digital manipulation of photographs in order to artificially enhance their appearance.

Collecting

The advertising of minerals on this website should not be taken as indicating a right to collect minerals from a particular site.  In particular, mineral specimens on sale from the Caldbeck Fells area were collected legally prior to the current collecting restrictions coming into force.
